Yes, all our technicians and our Locksmith partner technicians are DBS checked before being offered employment.
No, we will not charge you anything to get to site. We only charge for time spent on site and parts.
We have an average response time of 30 minutes for emergency jobs. For all other jobs, we will try to arrange a time that is most convenient with the customer.
