Safe opening requires experience, precision and skill. Before giving us a call, please check if any of the points below apply to your situation:
⦿ If it’s battery operated, check that the battery is not dead. There might be enough power for the touchpad to function, but not enough for the mechanism to unlock.
⦿ Double check that you’re using the correct and most recent code for a combination lock or, if you’re a business, has the code been deactivated?
⦿ Check if it’s got a time delay or it might have entered into lockout mode as a result of entering the wrong code too many times. Wait 20 minutes and try again.
